- The Eastern Green Mamba’s eggs are incubated by the warmth of decaying vegetation, not by parental care.
- Eastern Green Mambas are expert climbers and rarely descend to the ground except to lay eggs. Despite their potent venom, bites on humans are rare due to their secretive nature. Unlike the more aggressive Black Mamba, the Eastern Green Mamba is more likely to flee than confront threats.
