How we keep this accurate

A directory is only worth anything if it's still true

Nothing here is invented. Every venue is imported from OpenStreetMap and cross-checked against Wikidata, and each profile lists its sources. We re-check them on a schedule — and if a venue's website goes dark, its map entry disappears, or Wikidata records a closure date, it gets flagged and reviewed by a person before we change anything.

Sourced, not invented

Locations and opening hours come from OpenStreetMap and Wikidata. Every profile cites where its facts came from, and when we fetched them.

Re-checked on a schedule

We ping each venue's website, confirm it still exists on the map, and watch Wikidata for closure dates. Profiles show when they were last verified.

Corrected by visitors

You can report a closure or a wrong detail from any profile. Reports go to a human — a venue is never marked closed automatically.
