- Despite their bright colors, Eastern Rosellas can be surprisingly difficult to spot in the wild due to their ability to blend into dappled sunlight among foliage.
- Eastern Rosellas are known for their beautiful whistling songs and have the ability to mimic environmental sounds. Their vibrant plumage patterns are unique to each individual, much like a fingerprint. They are also popular in aviculture due to their striking appearance and playful nature.
