- Unlike most felines, Fishing Cats can swim underwater and dive after fish, making them uniquely adapted among wild cats.
- Fishing Cats are one of the few wild cats that love water and frequently swim long distances. They use their partially webbed paws to scoop fish out of the water. Fishing Cats have been observed tapping the water’s surface to mimic insect movements, luring fish within striking distance.
