- Goblin spiders are so tiny that many species were only discovered in the last few decades using microscopes.
- Goblin spiders often have only six eyes, unlike most spiders which have eight. Some species can curl their legs tightly against their body to hide from predators. Despite their small size, goblin spiders are found on every continent except Antarctica.
