- Despite their small size, Komodo dragonflies are among the top aerial predators in their ecosystem, capturing prey mid-flight with remarkable agility.
- Komodo dragonflies are known for their territorial behavior, often fiercely defending their chosen patch of water. Their larvae, called nymphs, are aquatic and also predatory. Adults can hover and maneuver with exceptional precision thanks to their independently moving wings.
