- Despite their simple biology, moon jellies can survive in low-oxygen waters where many other marine animals cannot.
- Moon jellies are capable of regenerating lost body parts, and they do not have a brain or heart. Their gentle pulsating movements help them navigate and stay afloat in the ocean.
