- Red-shanked Doucs are often called the 'Queen of Primates' due to their vivid and elaborate coloration. They have specialized stomachs that allow them to digest a diet rich in tough leaves and unripe fruit. These monkeys use over 25 different vocalizations to communicate within their groups.
