- The Sabertooth Fish’s teeth are so large that they must fit into special grooves on the outside of the head when the mouth is closed.
- Sabertooth Fish can consume prey almost as large as themselves thanks to their highly distensible stomachs. Their oversized fangs are among the largest, proportionally, of any fish species. Despite their fearsome appearance, they pose no danger to humans.
