- A serval can jump up to 3 meters high from a standstill to catch prey in midair.
- Servals have the longest legs relative to body size of any cat species. They can rotate their large ears independently to pinpoint the exact location of prey. Despite their wild nature, servals are sometimes illegally kept as exotic pets.
